Persatuan Pencinta Haiwan Daerah Kinta (a.k.a Mutts & Mittens), is a registered non-profitable organization set up by a group of independent rescuer devoted to promote animal welfare and to educate public about responsible pet care and ownership.

M&M focuses primarily on the areas such as rescuing and rehabilitates injured dogs and cats, conduct educational programmes, for instance adoption drives to rehome homeless animals, educational drives to raise animal awareness and strongly emphasising on CNVRM (Catch, Neuter, Vaccine, Release, Manage) to humanely control stray dog populations and take care of street animals welfare.
